What's The Deal With Klarna?

To use Klarna, shop the site as usual, head over to the checkout, and look for the 'Klarna' button. Short on time? You'll love how quick and simple checking out with Klarna is. No is account required - just plug in your info and get set to receive your order shortly!

You're in the driver's seat - you have the option to pay later in 3 chunks, or pay for the whole haul in 30 days. It's all up to you. The payment for each installment will be taken automatically from the payment method that you selected, so you can sit back and slay without having to worry about making manual payments. Your first payment will be made when your order is confirmed and the remaining installments will be scheduled for 30 and 60 days later respectively.

Oh - and we forgot to mention the best part! The payments are all totally interest free!

Declined By Klarna?

Having trouble being approved by Klarna? If you're declined, it could be for one of the following reasons:

  • Klarna may have rejected your applicatio to pay on the account. Our fix? We recommend choosing another payment method or placing an order for a slightly smaller amount.
  • You may have outstanding payments that are still needed on previous Klarna invoices. Head to your Klarna account to check out what's going on.
  • You may have missed an important required field at the checkout. Have a look, and make sure all your info is included, for example, your Date of Birth.
  • You're using a pre-paid debit card. Swap this out for your usual debit or credit card to get back up and running.

What If I Want To Return?

With Klarna, you only pay for what you keep. Not loving some or all of your order? Klarna will issue you with a new statement as soon as we process your return. If you've got a payment coming up, chill and relax. If there are any delays in us registering your return, Klarna will issue a new payment date for the remainder of your order and any pieces that you love and want to keep.

Can I Use Klarna To Pay Monthly?

Yes, you can! As soon as you're approved by Klarna, you'll have this option unlocked. Exciting stuff!

Can I Use Klarna For Multiple Retailers?

Absolutely! You can use this service with any retailer that uses Klarna as a payment option. If the retailer is subscribed to Klarna there will be an option at the end of check out. Need to track this info down? Hint - usually this is shown on their website before check out.
